Air Acres Way is a Dirt Road approximately 1/2 mile long from Arnold Mill Road to the House. The property is far enough removed to provide peaceful seclusion and safety for pets and family.

The Side Yard has access to the fenced back yard, which also has a double gate for vehicle access on the opposite side of the back yard.
This is a great place for dogs (not included) and has a large 2-room dog house as well. There is also an additional Aircraft Tie-Down next door to the house for the occasional Fly-In guest.
The
RV Parking Area has full hook ups. A 30 amp Electrical Service provides the ability to keep your RV under power at all times to operate electric heaters in the winter time eliminating the need to winterize the coach
for cold weather. Constant power allows the use of the air conditioners that will prevent mildew and keep your RV systems functional and tested during summer months as well as maintaining the refrigerator/freezer in
operational condition. Your batteries stay charged and maintains your RV in a constant “Ready to Go” status. Clean, low pressure water and an adjacent tap to the Septic System allows the use of your RV as an
additional “Spare Bedroom” for visitors, family and the occasional “Maybe We Shouldn’t Drive Home Tonight” circumstance. The RV parking area is very nice when returning from a trip as you can completely service
the coach without having to worry about it every time you come back from a trip. Just pull in, plug up, clean out and you’re done.

As you approach the hangar complex you will see the large pavilion parking & storage area and “The Porch”. The pavilion parking area was designed to provide storage and shelter for vehicles and lawn &
garden equipment so that hangar space could be dedicated to Aircraft getting the most useful space out of the hangars possible.
The porch has propane powered patio heaters with tables, pantry and complete outdoor kitchen. The house has a large walk-in pantry that would be the envy of any kitchen.

These are views of the Runway looking South & North.
The runway is well manicured in mature Bermuda grass. There is approximately 2 feet of sand as the top layer that allows the Runway to be flyable within hours of even the largest thunderstorms or showers. Property owners take turns mowing the runway in the summer months and maintenance costs, insurance and other expenses are handled through a Property Owners Association that you pay dues into each year. The dues run between $200-$400 a year.
