Kid Stuff

Warbird 17 administers many of its programs in support of or in conjunction with several of the local educational and community based organizations as well as other EAA Chapters.

The organizations we work with include: The Cherokee County Family Connection, AFJrROTC, Cherokee County School District, SciTrek Museum and Lockheed Martin's summer aviation camps - since 1998, the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and we also work with the Georgia Wing of CAP and Fernbank Science  Center's Aeronautic Education Laboratory, presenting the Aero Ed Workshop for teachers at PDK/Epps and Fernbank.

We would especially like to recognize the participation and support of the Air Acres Museum in Woodstock, GA and Randal Porter as a major sponsor and provider of time, equipment and facilities for the furtherment of our efforts.

Teachers Workshop Training & Practice sessions

We are not certain who has more fun at these things:

The Adults or the Kids!
