Wings Weekend 2002

Wings Weekend 2002 was an exceptional production for Warbird 17. Not only was it raining cats & dogs, we are talking about a “Frog Choking Gully Washer” here, as there was no one was flying or outside - - - All They Wanted To Do Was Eat!

So Be It!  Regardless of the conditions, in spite of the weather and no matter that everyone was bored to tears and starved to death, Warbird 17 Did It Again. We showed up in the driving rain at 9:30am and were setup by 10:30am. We started cooking around 11:00am and by the time we were pulling out of the parking lot at 1:30pm, we have fed over 400 people some of the finest Hot Dogs & Hamburgers aviation events have to offer.                       Here are just a few photos of the day.
